SALARY:
$51,000 to $62,550 per year, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities
Work with the Vice Provost of Research and Scholarly Activity in the planning and implementation of all phases of assessment and evaluation projects, including quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Ensures Data Integrity including: Proper and secure data storage; Data sharing as appropriate between platforms; Data readiness for assessment and evaluative purposes.
Collect data and work in conjunction with appropriate personnel for continuous quality improvement of gathering and reporting on data.
Oversee system security and complete regular audits of data security levels for FERPA and HIPPA compliance.
Provide data updates to the Vice Provost and contract sponsor team.
Provide the ongoing data analysis and summary reports required to fulfill contract research requirements.
Exercise direct oversite and management of contract data processes, information gathering, storage and sufficient organization of data for analysis.
Present findings visually, orally and in writing, as appropriate, and contribute visual and written materials to reports, publications and proposals.
Assure the integrity of project data, including data extraction, and storage.
Attend and participate in team meetings and events via Zoom or in person as needed.
Coordinate strategic and operational planning and outcomes analysis within the research department – analyze, and present suggestions for improvement.
Provide benchmarking information to Vice Provost as a means of assessing effectiveness of program processes/systems.
Interface with Qualtrics and Integrify.
Provide support in the backend programming necessary for required data analytics.
Provide any assistance and support to the Office of Research and Scholarly Activity.
Other duties as assigned by the Vice Provost of Research or their designee.
