The Electrical Technician is responsible is for the skid wiring of Kurita manufactured systems. The Electrical Technician may assist with the plumbing, pipefitting and assembly of equipment and products and may also assist with the production of control panels. This position reports to the Production Build Manager.
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (Onsite)
Travel: 0-25%
Compensation: $25-35/hr
Responsibilities
Review electrical prints for accuracy and mark-up any needed corrections
Wire motors and various instrumentation on skids including all wiring terminations and conduit runs for instrumentation
Mount control enclosures on skids or backplane assemblies
Maintain a safe and organized shop and warehouse
Assist with the production of electrical enclosures in accordance with UL508A standards.
Make and apply labels/marking for enclosures as well as components on skids
Support accuracy of inventory management system including cycle and annual inventory counts
Perform Factory Acceptance Testing
Assist with build and assembly of equipment and products
Qualifications
Electrical Aptitude with understanding of electrical code requirement
Able to read production drawing and electrical schematics
