Here’s What You’ll Get To Do



  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using UKG, Power BI and other data sources to track key metrics and trends.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within UKG and partner with HR leaders to make recommendations for data enhancements that will facilitate better reporting.

  • Assist with HRIS data integrations and testing.

  • Design, build, and maintain a scalable and reliable HR data infrastructure that supports the efficient collection, integration, and analysis of workforce data from multiple sources.

  • Develop and ensure consistent reporting standards across the HR function. Create templates, processes, and guidelines to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all workforce reports.

  • Provide support to management and business users who are looking to leverage data and analytical tools and techniques

  • Effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects for self and team.


 


Here’s What We’re Looking For



  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics or a related role, with a strong emphasis on UKG experience.

  • 1+ years’ experience in a shared services environment preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; and/or equivalent experience.
