Summary

The holder of this position is responsible for the efficient and economical operation of the branch office with accountability for bottom-line results.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Ability to make and service loans
• Lead and direct the branch office in new business development efforts
• Assure prompt delivery of service to member-borrowers
• Develop and implement marketing and business plans
• Take a leadership role in promoting the Association at the local level
• Assure sound loans and lending practices
• Complete documentation and analysis of loans
• Direct financially related services
• Act on loans and loan-related actions within limits of delegated authority

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Agriculture
• Three years of credit experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of computer applications
• Knowledge of local/state agriculture
