Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ground-Up Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing new construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.


• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.


• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.


• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.


• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.


• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in ground-up construction.


• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Proficient in project management software and tools.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
