Description:

ALL4 is seeking an experienced Controller to plan and direct the accounting operations of the company, working in our corporate office in the Philadelphia Region. This individual will be experienced in overseeing the operations of an accounting department, which includes financial reporting, deferred & unbilled revenue, accounts payable and accrued liabilities, accounts receivable, prepaid assets, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and income and entities taxes.

Requirements:
  • Maintain a system of accounting policies, procedures, and controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
  • Oversee the production of monthly and periodic financial reports; ensure that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting (GAAP).
  • Oversee the accounting for foreign currency translations and transactions, including transfer pricing assessment and analyses.
  • Recommend benchmarks that will be used to measure the company's performance.
  • Assist with due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions.
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasts; report variances to management.
  • Assist with financial analyses, billing-rate decisions, etc.
  • Work with external auditors and provide required information for the annual audit.
  • Work with tax advisors for the preparation of annual and periodic tax returns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements, filing quarterly and annual reports as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
  • Manage and coordinate accounting and financial operations staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • Proficient in relevant accounting standards and requirements, including GAAP regulations and foreign currency standards.
  • Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow proactively; demonstrated project management ability.
  • Effective problem resolution combined with the ability to delegate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel and strong writing skills.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
