Volt is immediately hiring for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist in Burbank, California.

Compensation:

Competitive rate: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour (Willing to offer higher compensation for candidates with additional skills, experience, and qualifications.)
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Strategize & Execute Campaigns: Lead high-impact strategies across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, CTV, and more.
• 
  Analyze & Optimize: Conduct daily performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI.
• 
  Creative Collaboration: Work on creative concepts, ad copy, and visuals to boost engagement and conversions.
• 
  Manage Targeted Campaigns: Tailor strategies for B2B and B2C audiences, focusing on both new and returning customers.
• 
  Ensure Cross-Channel Cohesion: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align paid media strategies with broader marketing efforts.
• 
  Innovate & Stay Updated: Keep ahead of digital trends and explore new growth opportunities.
• 
  Comprehensive Reporting: Provide detailed performance metrics regularly, focusing on growth and efficiency.
• 
  Oversee Budgets: Manage and optimize ad budgets with precise financial tracking.
• 
  Teamwork: Partner with design, content, and SEO teams to craft compelling campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Paid Advertising, Digital Media, or Digital Marketing with a strong ROAS record.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms like CTV and TikTok.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console) and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
