Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for SMR Quality Assurance Supervisor in Richland, WA (75% Remote role).


Position Type: Part-Time Contract (20 hours per week)



Duration: 12+ months


As a SMR Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will

Position Responsibilities:

  • Apply project management techniques to lead, plan, schedule, and optimize resources for construction and other large-scale projects. Ensure high-quality project execution and effectively resolve schedule delays and conflicts.
  • Quality Assurance Program Document (QAPD) development, review, and approval.
  • QA oversight and general consulting.
  • QA program implementing procedure development, review and approval.
  • QA oversight activities related to Construction Permit Application development.
  • Quality Control activities related to establishing a Qualified Supplier List and auditing suppliers to perform safety-related services.
  • Company will utilize various levels of staff to perform these activities and with rates commensurate with their skill levels of support.

Required:

  • Bachelors or Higher Degree in related field is highly preferred.
  • Quality Assurance experience on Nuclear Powerplants, Reactors Required.

Pay Range: $80 to $100 per hour
