Job Summary
The Specialist, IMC Acquisition will be part of the Comcast Business Acquisition Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team and will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of acquisition advertising campaigns for Comcast Business services (Comcast Business Internet and Comcast Business Mobile) - primarily targeted to Small Business owners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications, Acquisition, this position will facilitate the implementation of a wide variety of creative executions that reflect the acquisition strategy and support business goals - including, but not limited to: broadcast TV and radio, digital display, online video and radio, social, OOH, retail and print.
Candidate must possess strong accountability and resolution, extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, flexibility to react to market changes, ability to problem solve both independently and collaboratively, and should thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment. Candidate should demonstrate a basic understanding of strategic marketing communications and brand-centric creative requirements to ensure high-performing and on-brand creative output, and consistent campaign integration across all integrated marketing tactics.
Required key skills include the ability to keep simultaneous projects moving, acute attention to detail, strong writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with teammates, agencies and legal advisors. Experience in a marketing, communications or business environment is required.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the creative development and execution of digital marketing assets including but not limited to digital display, social,
Support offer tagging process for TV, Radio and OLV as needed to ensure creative is tagged with accurate offer information, compliant legal disclaimers, and are consistently on-brand.
Drive creative development and tactical execution for digital and static retail tactics.
Work collaboratively with the agency and Field Team to ensure request matrices are accurate and that creative assets are trafficked in a timely, accurate manner while accommodating product and promotional offerings, messaging priorities, legal compliance and brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain cross-departmental IMC decks that showcase and track broad marketing tactics for any given campaign.
Provide creative support and strategic feedback on presented marketing concepts across all media tactics.
Work closely with legal to foster a deep understanding of required disclaimer language and compliance of all acquisition communications, and seek regular approval on departmental creative prior to trafficking.
Develop a keen eye for visual identity and brand guidelines to ensure all advertising is in alignment with brand strategy and creatively problem solve within our brand guidelines for tactics that require new concepting.
Foster a strong knowledge of the products and services that Comcast Business offers to prospective customers.

Requirements:
Experience in advertising campaigns development and/or project management.
Experience with broadcast and/or digital production.
Understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation, social media landscape and KPIs.
