The role ensures efficient and accurate handling of materials to support the seamless flow of production. This includes managing outbound material issues, incoming receipts, and timely delivery of production parts to designated areas within the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport production parts to assigned lines using tow motor or lift truck equipment.
Perform accurate location transactions for parts delivered to the warehouse or production lines.
Identify and resolve data accuracy issues related to warehouse transactions.
Maintain organized and compliant filing of all required documentation.
Collaborate with purchasing and production scheduling teams to address quality discrepancies.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of experience operating a tow motor in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret and follow production schedules and build specifications.
Willingness to work overtime as production needs dictate.
Mechanically inclined with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
Must pass a drug screen.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
