Position Summary
Support the sales staff by performing administrative services and handling customer service matters and logistics.
Responsibilities
Set up new projects for sales and update projects for dispatch
Review daily order report and submit corrections
Maintain bid calendar
PowerPoint presentations for monthly and quarterly reviews
Submit credit/rebill, tax corrections, and offline credits
Mail checks to district office
Forecasting reports
Run customer reports in Command Performance
Maintain customer lists and project files
Manage tax exempt certificates in JDE
Monthly backlog tracking
Reoccurring Reporting
Assist sales group, back up for other Sales Coordinator and Sales Auditor, and perform all other duties as required
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Associates Degree preferred.
Candidate must have a strong competency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
Candidate must be able to work a M-Fin-officeschedule
Detail oriented, ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet scheduled deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required;bilingual preferred
Working Conditions
Most time is spent in an office environment with periodicvisits to plant locations and off-site visits with customers. Ability to work overtime and travel for training, as needed.
