As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, creating business value, and ensuring scalable processes to support effective operation of the current business as well as the integration of future acquisitions. This position emphasizes designing repeatable playbooks that optimize internal business processes, improve operations, and enable successful integration of new business ventures.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Lead organizational transformation efforts by creating scalable, efficient business processes.

  • Design and implement playbooks for internal operations, business processes, and acquisitions to drive efficiency and consistency.

  • Lead transformational projects that enhance internal operations and service delivery across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

  • Collaborate with business owners to identify solutions, document requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, analyze impacts, and implement solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Drive process improvements across business units to prepare for scalability and acquisitions.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to align initiatives with strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, leading operational and process improvement projects.

  • Proven ability to develop playbooks and frameworks for repeatable success.

  • Collaborative work style with strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong background in change management and cross-functional project leadership.

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Visio, and Project.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a history of delivering business results.
