Job Description:

Location: Philadelphia


Hybrid: on site 2-3 days/week


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide essential technical support to end-users, ensuring that desktop systems, software, and network environments are operating efficiently. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, while providing exceptional customer service to internal staff.


Required:

• 2+ years of desktop support experience


• Windows and Office experience
