Investment Coordinator at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in New York, New York

Job Description:

Our client, an investment advisor, is seeking an Investment Coordinator to support a team in their NYC office. The hours are 8am - 5pm (flex for OT) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day remote.


Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, book travel arrangements, and process expenses


• Provide administrative and project support to investment staff in a high volume, fast paced environment


• Track and highlight all upcoming non-deal roadshows, conference meetings, events, analyst days, and earnings calls


• Schedule corporate access, sell side analyst meetings, and expert calls


• Assist in the facilitation of research and model aggregation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required


• 3+ years' experience in financial services


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Corporate Access knowledge necessary; Equity Capital Markets knowledge a plus


• Analytical thinker with great organizational skills

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $115K base + bonus
