Finance and Insurance Account Executive at Zurich in Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Description:

This role drives Finance and Insurance (F&I) growth and profitability with sales partner in assigned territory by developing and maintaining profitable relationships with new and existing customers.

Responsibilites:

• 
  

  Develop and maintain positive customer relationships in conjunction with territory sales partner.

  
  


• 
  

  Prospect, qualify, and sign new and profitable dealer customers to distribute Zurich's F&I products.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide customized training and coaching to customers and their personnel on F&I products, compliance, and value-add services.

  
  


• 
  

  Produce and analyze reports related to customer's results and make recommendations for improvements to customer leadership, sales staff, and F&I managers on a regular basis.

  
  


• 
  

  Understand the performance of your territory's book of business and identify ways to drive organic growth through increased product penetration.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with other sales staff to service accounts in assigned territory. Business Travel, as required.

  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Sales area or Automotive area
  
  OR


• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Sales area or Automotive area
  
  OR


• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area or Automotive area
  
  AND


• Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology


• Knowledge of F&I products


• Knowledge of automotive industry, market, and competitors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong multi-tasking skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Knowledge of techniques and terminology of F&I claims
