POSITION OVERVIEW: This position assists with Keystone Finance by processing the Keystone Finance new and renewal applications and loan documents as well as third party financing tasks. In addition, this position works with our Locations including sales, admins and customers to provide support with Financing.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather customer data and collect due diligence information for new & renewal Keystone Finance Loan customers.


  • Process signed loan documents with Post Closing tasks such as notifying grain buyers, filing UCC's and Assignment of Indemnity, and maintaining organized electronic files.


  • Generates and reviews necessary Accounts Receivable reports for Loan Monitoring.


  • Manage & maintain notification of grain liens from outside lenders for the grain procurement division.


  • Create and distribute various finance letters.


  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and customers.




  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.





QUALIFICATIONS:





  • Experience in Ag finance or 3 - 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience


  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with new and existing customers through a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal/communication skills


  • The ability to be a professional contributor who values and promotes a team-oriented department


  • The ability to meet deadlines and contribute a strong work ethic


  • Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and workflow


  • Acute attention to detail


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office




  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence


  • Ability to adjust schedule to meet seasonal demands


  • Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles




  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
