Assist in providing comprehensive support to the Contact Center team ensuring the smooth running of our daily operation while working on longer term assignments to help support our broader strategic goals.
Manage constantly changing calendar including meetings, conference calls and small conference events
Meeting summarization and distribution. track and manage team priorities and task lists as identified in meetings
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations to support projects
Active member of our employee engagement team leading numerous engagement activities to support the broader operations teams
Participate in projects within the contact operational team to develop skills for future career pathing
Expense management for the leadership team
Travel planning for the leadership team
Lunch ordering and for single and team events
Small event planning (less than 50 participants generally)
General office manager support including supply tracking and ordering and other activities to provide back up support to the broader
administrative team
Time keeping and approval
Education, Experience & Skills
High school diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills required.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) is required.
Self-starter, highly motivated, able to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with ability to be flexible and adaptable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to lead team meetings and record important information accurately and concisely.
Ability to develop professional presentation materials.
Ability to take ownership, responsibility of independent projects including event planning.
The estimated salary range for this position is $28.00 to $36.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
