Job Description:

FishEye Software is seeking a hands-on IT Manager with strong strategic thinking and project management skills to join our talented IT Team. The successful candidate will collaborate with FSO, ISSM, and Senior IT Staff to manage a diverse range of information systems, comprised of both physical and virtual machines across multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and UNIX. Future responsibilities may involve planning, developing, and deploying additional information systems in line with our strategic objectives.


The IT Manager will be required to demonstrate current, hands-on administration skills, have excellent leadership and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and exhibit a keen willingness to learn and adapt. They should have a comprehensive understanding of both Systems Administration and Networking, including Hardware and Software Management.


This leadership role demands a proactive approach to maintaining and enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and security of our IT systems. As an IT Manager, you will not only be maintaining our current systems but also work toward integrating innovative technologies into our IT environment. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving the continuous improvement of our IT landscape, making a significant impact on our business operations.



This position requires an active DOD Security Clearance.




Required Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
• 5+ years of experience with information systems engineering and design
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux
• Proven project management skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication/people skills

Desired Skills

• Experience with ESXi, VSphere, or vSAN
• Knowledge of cyber security, CMMC, or DISA STIGs
