Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join the Personal Lending team within Consumer Lending. This strategic role will be responsible for integrations for the Point of Sale Financing product.

In this role, you will:
Manage key relationships with merchants, clients and platforms integrated with Wells Fargo, ensuring product is performing as expected from both a technical and a financial standpoint
Lead complex integrations from business development support to scope evaluation to implementation, testing and ongoing management and oversight
Partner with relationship management to evaluate market demands, industry trends and growth plans and to develop the integration roadmaps; make recommendations on overall product strategy
Support rollout of new features, products and upgrades for integration partners
Key point of contact for all ongoing needs for defined portfolio of integrations; work with production support and other teams as needed to resolve performance issues
Evaluate new product capability requests from platforms or clients and conduct cost benefit analysis to inform investment plans
Evaluate opportunities to improve the integration process and support or drive continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Product management experience in the financial services industry, preferably within consumer lending space
Experience of consulting or leading integrations with third party vendors/merchants
Ability to translate leadership vision into executable strategies and enterprise-wide initiatives
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence without authority within a matrixed and ambiguous environment
Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Familiarity with agile processes and product development, developing roadmaps and defining product and business strategies
Experience effectively driving results, providing feedback, direction, and managing and building relationships with leaders, senior level stakeholders and team members
Strong problem solving, attention to detail, decision making and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
Master's Degree, MBA or higher preferred
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
