We are looking for someone who is detail oriented to join our Seasonal Team at Computershare as a Seasonal Account Manager.

The Account Manager is responsible for the complete management of the relationship between CCS and Registry Clients for the execution of proxy jobs in relation to their shareholder communications by performing the following duties: Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinates the production of print and mail requirements for the Proxy product
Coordinates with internal resources
Liaises with Relationship Managers/Client Service Associates
Ensures the smooth running of all customer requirements by providing complete, professional and accurate job information through our proprietary)
Provides knowledge regarding CCS services to Clients
Reviews all components of job bag to ensure accurate billing for each completed job
Ability to determine if a situation requires escalation
Ability to work flexible hours

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous printing Proxy experience
Preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret job requirements and specifications
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal clients or members of the business community
Keyboarding skills and intermediate Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel) knowledge
Mail/Print and Proxy experience a plus
Excellent writing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills required

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $25 USD per hour. This base pay is specific to Bolingbrook Illinois
