A day in the life.
As a Senior Alternative Risk Analyst, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of captive accounts within the Alternative Risk sector. You will manage the technical aspects of captive accounts, facilitate communication with clients and brokers, and oversee underwriting processes to provide excellent service. You will work closely with production teams to create tailored service plans that enhance client satisfaction and ensure the financial success of captive programs.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Strong ability to actively engage in the alternative risk industry by building relationships with captive managers, service vendors, and insurance carriers, while ensuring compliance for captive accounts
- Proficient in serving as the primary contact for Business Insurance service teams and overseeing the proposal and renewal processes for captive accounts
- Skilled in developing strong relationships with production teams, managing underwriting processes, coordinating with actuaries, and leading meetings to facilitate effective decision-making
- Expertise in ensuring efficient client service through workflow management, analyzing captive program needs, verifying financial transactions, preparing budgets and proposals, maintaining accurate client files, and upholding data completeness and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage monthly premium allocation for captive members/managers through advanced Excel worksheets
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- 5 + years of experience in risk analysis or alternative risk management
- 2+ years of experience working on captive programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

The applicable base salary range for this role is $79,900 to $139,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
