Job Description:

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced female HHA to assist with our geriatric aged client who resides in the Bridgewater area.

Available Shifts:
Monday - Thursday 11a-4p

HHA Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Encouraging exercise: Walking, Range of Motion exercise according to the care plan.
- Preparing healthy, fresh meals in accordance with the client's care plan and ensuring adequate fluid intake throughout the shift.
- Adhering to infection control protocols.
- Administering medication reminders and assisting with the application of eye drops, ointments, creams, and ear drops.
- Conducting household support such as laundry, folding, putting away clothes, changing sheets, vacuuming, washing dishes, and dusting to maintain a safe and clean home environment for the client.
- Engaging with your client in fun, stimulating activities to create joyful moments.
- Engaging with your client in meaningful conversations
- Providing transportation for outings, errands, and appointments.
- Competently documenting shift activities digitally using a smartphone
- HHA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
