Join our dynamic Procurement team within the Finance division.
Develop and implement strategic programs to meet internal stakeholder needs, focusing on pricing, acquisition, total cost, lead-time, and supply management.
Manage contracts and suppliers to ensure optimal performance and value.
What you'll do:
Represent the company in business transactions with internal and external organizations.
Develop and manage strategies, negotiations, RFPs, and contracts.
Create, negotiate, implement, and manage long-term contracts, fostering strategic partnerships with suppliers.
Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and product/service requirements.
Communicate effectively with management at all levels, both internally and externally.
Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest constructive changes.
Assist with the training program for the Procurement & Supply Chain team as needed.
Support the Supplier Diversity program as necessary.
All you'll need for success:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3 years of related work experience.
Demonstrable skills in category management, commercial negotiations, securing hard savings and cost avoidance, and executing complex deals in a fast-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
7 years of related work experience.
Knowledge of Source to Pay systems.
Strong project management skills.
Process mapping abilities.
Supplier risk analysis and supplier relationship management experience.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills and potential for team leadership.
Understanding of supply chain concepts with practical application experience.
Negotiating and influencing skills.
Self-directed and resourceful, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with follow-through and initiative.
Business understanding, particularly in project management, early supplier involvement, total cost management, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in technical tools for analysis, problem-solving, forecasting, and quality improvement.
High ethical standards.
Additional Information:
This position will not convert to a permanent role.
The role is hybrid, with onsite work required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
There will be one onsite interview.
