The Senior Product Marketing Manager leads and manages go-to-market strategies for a product portfolio, collaborating with Product and cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives. This role involves digital and traditional marketing initiatives, leveraging marketing technology tools, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
Duties:
Lead and execute integrated, multi-channel go-to-market strategies and campaigns across various digital marketing technologies.
Anticipate market trends and customer needs to grow the portfolio and achieve key KPIs.
Utilize insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
Design life cycle, event trigger, and loyalty programs using customer insights and behavioral data.
Foster engagement and increase wallet share through personalized automated journeys and offers.
Develop data-driven, personalized campaigns across channels.
Collaborate with Product and vertical teams to achieve company growth goals.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and platforms.
Define and monitor campaign KPIs, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Maintain a product portfolio campaign roadmap and strategic briefs.
Report on marketing efforts' effectiveness to leadership.
Foster a culture of collaboration, service excellence, and innovation.
