Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm CST

- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with claim management
- Knowledge of claim adjudication platforms
Qualifications: The Senior Capability Manager will lead and oversee the development, enhancement, and optimization of organizational capabilities across departments and functions. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to ensure the organization has the necessary skills, resources, and processes to achieve its goals and objectives. The manager will be accountable for delivering benefit capabilities across the enterprise, focusing on specific lines of business (Medicare, DSNP, Medicaid, E&I, and IFP).
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with business and operational leaders, architects, and engineers to re-imagine the end-to-end benefit ecosystem.
- Identifying and evaluating non-traditional and innovative approaches to benefits capability delivery.
- Managing and prioritizing a backlog and roadmap of high-impact work, clearly articulating the business impacts of each initiative.
- Directly managing one or more strategic programs, aligning individual roadmaps to the strategic vision.
