Job Description:

This role will include strategic, operational, project and administrative responsibilities to support the Client Impact organization. In this role you'll have the opportunity to be a strategic thought partner with high-level of exposure and interaction with the global head of Client Impact and leadership team. You'll help support and execute the Client Impact organizational management strategies which cover: defining and tracking measures against priorities, culture initiatives, establishing communication and events for employees, aligning leadership priorities and more. You will build a deep understanding of each function's business model, play a key role in driving strategic horizontal initiatives, and deliver on strategic goals in an ever evolving organization. This is a business critical role as the Division continues to deepen its impact, prioritize its employees, and ensure alignment across corporate and business partners.

Responsibilities & Tasks Include:


  • Assist in the analysis, decision-making, communication, and tracking of key projects and initiatives

  • Lead the integration of employee engagement and culture initiatives to drive progress and measure impact to business outcomes

  • Develop and support ongoing communications with employees; Town Halls, Office Hours, Viva Engage, MS Teams, etc.

  • Engage in "quick hit" deliverables for senior leadership

  • Distill complex information down into clear, actionable insights for senior management

  • Manage prioritization of cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure continued focus on Client Impact strategy

  • Support various adhoc corporate requests from partners

  • Support development of executive reporting / presentations for various forums and audiences

  • Manage Client Impact Leadership team calendar, capturing key milestones and internal and external forums

  • Coordinate Client Impact Leadership Agenda - including key topics/presenters and materials on bi-weekly basis


Job Requirements:

  • Three years professional experience, including in a large, global financial services firm

  • Be able to pivot with a moment's notice

  • Use data to inform priorities and outline gaps to performance

  • Strategic; ability to connect the dots and initiate ideas to problem-solve

  • Ability to see a project through inception to BAU; measuring, communicating and ensuring high-levels of adoption

  • You are looking to be challenged and grow your executive presence; frequent presentations in front of leadership, being asked for your opinion, and using influence to guide decision making

  • Technically proficient/advanced at excel and PowerPoint - ability to synthesize large amounts of data into persuasive story-telling

  • Care deeply about making this a better place to work; you want to solve for employee challenges

  • Analytical, comfortable navigating data and working in ambiguity

  • Strong writer and see the importance of crafting narratives that simplify our work
