Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the development of build-to-rent communities from concept through completion.
Oversee all aspects of project development, including site selection, feasibility analysis, design, construction, and leasing.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial models.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new development opportunities.
Prepare and present project proposals and reports to senior management and investors.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Travel to project sites across the Southeast region as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on build-to-rent communities.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects.
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast region.
