Volt is immediately hiring Project Coordinator in Cupertino CA.
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
Primary Responsibilities:
- The contractor for the Project Coordinator position will support Inclusion & Diversity Operations program management for scalable, global solutions.
- Provide project management support for key programs
- Event coordination, planning, and scheduling
- Including creating briefs, travel schedules, and communicating to stakeholders
- Experience coordinating with external vendors
- Update and organize budget related documentation
- Support business program managers with analysis and reporting
- Support program administrative tasks
- Developing and maintaining inventory tracking system
- Catalogue and maintain databases
- Coordinate website enhancements, maintenance, Execute UAT testing and update website as needed
- Coordinating with partners and stakeholders to consolidate KPIs, data points, and strategies.
Role Details:
Full time, Contract opportunity. Hybrid, 3 days in the office.
Duration: 06-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Location: Cupertino CA
Pay Rate: $30/hr. to $33.80/hr.
