Job Description:

Our client, a growing real estate investment firm, seeks an experienced Chief of Staff to join their team at their office in Irvington, NY. The ideal candidate possesses both strong HR and Operations experience, as they will oversee recruiting, training, and talent management for a team of roughly 30 employees at the firm. The ideal candidate possesses both big and small company experience, with the ability to refine operational workflows at the firm. In addition, strong leadership skills, coupled with excellent communcation both written and verbally will allow someone to excel in this position. • Bachelors' degree, required.


• 10+ years of overall experience, preferably in both HR and managerial roles.


• Strategic excellence in areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, training & development, workforce optimization, and corporate communications.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.

The salary range for this role is $130k-$150k.


Compensation commensurate with experience.
