Envita Solutions seeks to create the best technical product possible that meets the needs of our internal users, customers and suppliers. The QA Engineer will be responsible for working with the Business Analyst and Development teams on understanding requirements, designing, developing and executing both manual and automated test cases as well as regression testing. The QA Engineer will also be responsible to document and assist in resolving any found issues.



Essential Functions

• Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and create automation strategies.


• Create test plans and test cases based on business needs and customer requirements.


• Design, develop, and execute tests (manual or automated) and analyze results.


• Integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous delivery.


• Evaluate, plan, and apply new testing technologies for robustness and efficiency.


• Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in the defect tracking system.


• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.


• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.


• Monitor debugging process results and report on the status of testing.


• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software testing.

Education Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience Qualifications

• Preferred 5+ years Test design, experience with applicable software

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#


• Good SQL scripting skills and knowledge of SQL Server


• Experience with tools and applications such as Jira, Gitlab, Confluence


• Proven experience creating automation test cases utilizing Selenium


• Knowledge of test case management tools such as TestRail


• Excellent problem-solving skills


• Technical skills such as test design, performance testing, test architecture, configuration management, troubleshooting, communication between teams, manual testing agility and interaction, continuous deliver, agile, and DevOps
