SUMMARY
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD and Autism.
Minimum of 3 years' experience providing clinical social work services
Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NYS (LCSW or LCSW-R)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides initial and ongoing assessment, Evidence-Based clinical interventions to a designated caseload. Develops Treatment Plans that are individualized and culturally sensitive
Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy. Participates functionally as a member of a multidisciplinary team in coordination and delivery of patient care.
Communicates in a timely and complete manner with internal and external care providers to complete ongoing assessment and to coordinate care.
Maintains a caseload, meeting productivity requirements as stated by the Department of Behavioral Health, and seeks to keep the incidence of failed appointments to a minimum

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PAY RANGE: $60,500.00 - $80,800.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
