Job Description:
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Interventional Radiology Technologist in Charlottesville, VA!
Description:
Preparing and positioning patients for interventional radiology procedures.
Operating and maintaining imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI.
Assisting radiologists and other healthcare professionals during procedures.
Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Maintaining accurate documentation and patient records.
Adhering to infection control and radiation safety protocols.
**Need is for a technologist, not a nurse**
Start Date
: 01/06/2025
Job duration: 13 weeks
Hours: 4-10s (0730-1800) with one weekday call per week and one weekend call ever 2 months
Qualifications & Requirements:
BLS ARRT required
VA license required but can submit with that pending
Covid vax: not required
Flu vaccine: required
Weekly Total Hourly Pay $41.00 $1,640.00 Housing Stipend $952.00 Meals and Incidentals $560.00 Hours 40.00 Total Gross Pay $3,152.00
