Job Description:

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Trust Admin/Associate

• How many hours per week - 40? Yes
• 100% Monday - Friday in-office? In office - 8-5
• What will training look like? On-the-job, shadowing, department procedures
• Temp Length Time? at least 6 months contract to hire


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Work through two cleanup efforts - authorized signer removal, trust log review, and deceased file cleanup.


• Summary of work would be reviewing backlog of Trust account cases (members opening a trust account or converting their existing account to trust account) and performing file review/status cleanup, reassigning work, and in some cases outreach to member by mail and phone.


• Mailing letters to members for authorized signer removal and performing account maintenance.


• Deceased file review for completion and any action needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• The ideal candidates have banking experience and experience reviewing/understanding trust documents.


• Self-motivated, able to work independently, organized, attention to detail.
