The Drone Delivery team is looking for a skilled, adaptable, and strategic Senior Program Manager to support the expansion of the drone business. In this role, you'll implement program standards, lead stakeholder communications, manage planning cycles, and advocate for best practices. You will play a key role in executing initiatives that support the broader business goals and driving cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement program management standards, ensuring efficient and effective execution of program deliverables.
Support program-level OKRs, including the development and quarterly review of objectives and results.
Build and maintain a communication governance framework across channels, ensuring use of best practices and compliance with company guidelines.
Create onboarding materials and educational sessions for new program members on objectives, tools, and best practices.
Provide regular program updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Collaborate with the program leader to support alignment meetings, develop executive-level presentations, and track outcomes.
Act as a strategic advisor to the program leader, offering insights and recommendations for program improvement.
Conduct audits to assess program mechanisms and communications, identifying areas for optimization and alignment with business goals.
Optimize resource utilization to support the achievement of strategic objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience managing programs, including strategy development, day-to-day management, and stakeholder communication.
Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to align program objectives to broader business goals.
Experience with agile, scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce polished presentations and detailed reports.
Proficiency in team collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft Teams)
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree (MBA or similar).
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma to create visual aids is a plus.
Experience with drone or autonomous vehicle operations or similar high-tech infrastructure projects is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
