Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Care Manager to lead and support our team in delivering exceptional care. This role requires a current LPN or RN license and a passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents.

Your Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Must hold a current and active LPN or RN license
- Previous experience in a leadership or care management role preferred
