Overview

Here at the Practices, we're a unique group that exists within the Publicis Media pillar as we're not a single agency. In fact, we aren't an agency at all. Instead, we consist of unique and independent groups that support our overall agencies and the Publicis Media pillar at the core of all investment needs. No practice is the same, and as such, how we manage our Talent Acquisition function requires an extensive amount of process and understanding how to not only have but produce significant operational output. As our businesses continue to grow, we're seeking a supremely diligent, organized, and detail-oriented embracer of change that enjoys equal parts administration with equal parts project management. We believe that bringing on an Associate Project Manager for our Talent Acquisition team is the way this team continues to move forward. Qualifications

• Maintain and oversee brand headcount as it relates to backfills and incremental needs

• Maintain and oversee all reporting that helps support our larger Talent team

• Partner exclusively with Talent Acquisition Managers on existing needs and be the true bridge that marries headcount reporting with requisition reconciliation

• Act as team "point guard" for all internal systems, reporting, and databases needed to be leveraged for recruitment to help support our businesses

• Lean into tactical recruitment only as needed to help support overflow requisitions (up to 5-7 requisitions at a time)

• Maintain a knowledge base of industry trends and key competitors; utilize this as research needed to help support the larger Talent Acquisition strategy YOY

• 2+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or within a human resources department

• Advanced experience in Excel (extensive comfortability doing pivot tables and v look-ups)

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
