RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect in Bolingbrook, IL.

Summary:
The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will define and drive the overall architecture and roadmap for the client's ServiceNow platform. This role will involve mentoring junior architects, streamlining complex workflows, and ensuring optimal utilization of ServiceNow to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Solution Architect will design scalable, robust solutions to optimize ServiceNow platform functionality


• Work across teams (e.g., IT, security, and third-party vendors) to ensure successful integration and module deployment


• Mentor junior architects and foster growth in ServiceNow expertise across the organization


• As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will define best practices for workflow automation and process optimization


• Collaborate with stakeholders to create solutions for complex, non-digital workflows, enhancing efficiency and automation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with expertise across multiple modules


• Diverse ServiceNow experience and operational strategy


• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, and workflow automation


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams


• Proven ability to mentor and grow architectural talent

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
