Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Business Analyst who will support ongoing efforts by managing workflows, creating test cases, collaborating with UX teams, and ensuring alignment with transformation objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and functional leads to document requirements and processes


• Read, interpret, and communicate workflow/process flow diagrams


• Collaborate with UX teams to create mockups using Figma


• Support manual testing processes and assist test automation teams with Tosca integration


• Track and manage tasks using Azure DevOps (ADO)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with experience in large-scale system transformations


• Proven ability to work in complex environments with multiple contingencies


• Experience with: process mapping, workflow diagrams, Figma, Tosca, ADO, manual testing, UX design, system integration, test cases


• Soft skills: accountability, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, adaptability, attention to detail

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
