RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is currently assisting a client in the Grand Rapids, MI area who is searching for an Accounting Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This position could go permanent for the right candidate. This is a business casual environment! This position is hybrid but would be 100% onsite during training. The client is looking for someone who wants to work for a growing company and enjoys multitasking.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidate will have three plus years of experience in Accounts Payable (matching, coding and inputting invoices) and Accounts Receivable (billing and collections)


• High volume of processing invoices


• Analysis skills


• Excel skills


• Detailed oriented


• Good communicator

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
