RESPONSIBILITIES:

This asset management company is offering an opportunity to work for a great team with extremely smart and talented employees, along with great benefits. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote.

Responsible for administration of Private Equity Limited Partnerships:

• Quarterly US GAAP Basis Reporting


• Annual US GAAP Basis Audit


• Valuations


• Capital Calls


• Distributions


• Cash Management


• Responding to LP Requests


• Supporting Investor Relations


• Supporting, Understanding and Documenting Investment Transactions


• Carry Calculations


• Other ad hoc responsibilities


• Working with managers & directors on projects to enhance the product of the team, department and firm

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting


• 2-4 years of accounting experience (preferably Big 4 experience)


• CPA preferred


• Excellent project management and organizational skills; Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with the highest attention to detail


• Creative problem-solving ability and sound judgment - ability to use own initiative and take responsibility for decisions


• Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with all levels


• Team player

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
