Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking an IAM Product Manager with deep domain expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication protocols, and security technologies. Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for IAM solutions, including SSO, OpenID Connect, and risk-based authentication
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable authentication services
Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable requirements and innovative solutions
Use data insights, competitive analysis, and user feedback to prioritize and refine product features
Communicate the product's value proposition and roadmap decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM and security to inform product strategy
Partner with go-to-market teams to launch and support products effectively, addressing market needs and driving adoption
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing product team culture
REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive expertise in IAM, SSO, authentication protocols, and standards such as OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SAML
Hands-on experience with risk-based authentication, identity governance, and security frameworks
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value and user-focused solutions
Experience working with Agile cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers
Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms, such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or similar solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing stakeholder relationships
Domain expertise in IAM and authentication technologies
Prior experience in product management or a demonstrated desire to transition into a product management role
Knowledge of security and risk management principles as they relate to IAM
Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Amplitude, Pendo, Google Analytics)
Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches
A domain expert in IAM, authentication protocols, and related technologies
Passionate about solving complex security challenges and creating user-centric solutions
Comfortable bridging technical complexity and business needs
A strong communicator with the ability to align stakeholders and inspire teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
