Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client located near Downtown Fort Worth, TX that is seeking a Tax Administrative Coordinator. This role is administrative in nature and will assist the Accounting Director as they prepare financial statements and tax returns for 300-400 different entities.

Responsibilities will include:


  • Providing financial statements and related reports to the CPA for tax preparation

  • Assist the CPA is additional documents/information is needed

  • As a Tax Administrative Coordinator, you will provide clients with the final tax returns

  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, which are provided to the executive leadership

  • Assist HR with the payroll aspect of new hires and terminations







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree - Accounting or Finance (CPA not needed)

  • Previous QB experience - financial statements, journal entries, 1099s, how to run reports

  • Familiarity with Tax returns and documentation/financial statements needed (1099s, 1065s, K-1's, franchise tax, and state tax returns)

  • General payroll knowledge/experience

  • Must be organized, multi-task, and enjoy independent work

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry would be a plus, but definitely not a requirement






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
