Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in need of an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Warwick, RI.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Accounts Payable Process


• Supporting AP staff in processing of invoices


• As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be entering invoices into the Accounting system for payment


• Ensuring correct coding on each invoices based on project and service order

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Accounts Payable


• Experience in invoice processing


• Strong skillset with Office 365

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
