The Delgoffe Lab at the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is seeking a full-time postdoctoral associate. Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the postdoctoral associate will conduct experiments to study metabolism and immunity in cancer. Candidate is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidate should be able to independently design and carry out experiments.
The candidate should have a doctorate in immunology or a related field of study, 5 years of research experience, and exposure to immunology and/or cancer biology. Candidate should also have advanced skills and experience in Immunological assays, flow cytometry, animal handling and techniques, immunofluorescence staining, tissue culture, immune cell isolation and grant writing and manuscript preparation.
