Entry-level Pay? $22/hr (days) and $23/hr (nights), which includes shift differential
Positions? Full-time Production Operators. 12-hour shift with every other weekend required. Strong preference towards night-shift availability at this time.

Job Summary:
Perform various functions associated with the fabrication of contact lenses using appropriate machines and equipment. Training provided and opportunities to advance in pay and responsibility.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Education Requirements:

• Exhibits good communication skills - verbal, written, and comprehension of the English language.
• Excellent understanding of and compliance with all SOP's, regulatory requirements, and cGMP's.
• Requires full understanding of Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and the consequences of not following them.
• Required to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Follows appropriate safety and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Manufacturing or machine operator experience required.
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $20.00 and $23.00 and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
