Role Summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Chief Data Office team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to improve business processes and drive strategic business decisions through the development of Data Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data, business analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

  • Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes.

  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects to successful completion.

  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and ensure deliverables are met within established timelines and budgets.

  • Utilize business analysis methodologies and tools to support project management processes, such as Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications

Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA

Preferred:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Project Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are preferred

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

Please review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.

$94,500.00 - $161,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$103,000.00 - $177,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$117,000.00 - $201,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
