Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Orlando, FL area.


Title: Production Supervisor


Location: Orlando, FL Area


Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus


Hours: Monday - Thursday 6pm to 6am


Relocation: YES


Responsibilities:


• Leadership: Manage hourly production associates by setting a positive example and proactively contributing to the company's success.


• Safety Training: Conduct monthly safety training for all department personnel.


• Reporting: Provide production reports to Executive Team Members as requested.


• Schedule Compliance: Ensure adherence to production schedules and handle all relevant tasks.


• Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure safe and efficient production equipment operation.


• Process Improvement: Continuously work on enhancing factory processes and consider associate suggestions for improvement.


Qualifications:


• Supervisory experience within food manufacturing preferred


• Bilingual Spanish


• Lean manufacturing experience (Six Sigma, TPM, etc.)
