Job Description Summary:

Responsible for assisting with tasks to ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards. Monitoring and performing internal audits to validate compliance to company standards. Research and monitor for trends of quality related information. Contribute to continuous quality and service improvements throughout pharmacy operations.

How you'll make an impact:


  • Audit and maintain records of pharmacy/pharmacist/technician licensure

  • Review compliance to pharmacy record keeping requirements

  • Assist in internal company audits

  • Review and audit pharmacy system access

  • Research complaints or quality events

  • Assist in creating/maintaining the pharmacy's quality communications and visual management

  • Assist with creating and updating pharmacy processes and standard operating procedures.

  • Assist in training reporting

  • Contribute to initiatives to improve quality within pharmacy operations

  • Other initiatives as determined by management

What you need:


  • Preferred pharmacy experience/knowledge

  • Valid Pharmacy Technician state license is a plus or the ability to obtain a license within 1st year in the role

  • Proficient in multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Proficiency with personal computers including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
