JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Security and Fraud Investigations is responsible for investigating fraudulent/illegal activities perpetrated by employees, criminals and/or customers, ensuring the safety of our equipment and collaborating with authorities on incidents of theft, robbery and destruction of property. The Director works with local, state and federal authorities with matters related to fraudulent/illegal activities. .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Devise policies and procedures regarding areas such as loss prevention and fraud prevention, physical security and privacy.

• Oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company related to ATM operations
• Identify security initiatives and standards.
• Oversee network of vendors and directors who secure the company's assets.
• Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors.

• Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures.

• Ensure security is maintained and updated.
• Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs.
• Prioritize security initiatives.
• Develop security monitoring policies.

• Maintain relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.

• Develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
• Investigate security breaches.
• Investigate loss claims and review bank video surveillance.
• Interview employees who are involved in ATM robberies, theft or loss of money.
• Conduct audits to find holes in security program
• Develop risk management assessments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Skills :

• Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
• Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success.
• Most possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work with a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to handle various security procedures.
• Prior supervisory skills preferred.
• Strong detail orientation is required.
• Prior investigation skills are required

Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree Information Systems, Public Security, Law Enforcement related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Six to ten years in a security leadership role
