We are assisting our client in their search for a Payroll Analyst to join their team! Reporting to the Associate Director of Payroll, the Payroll Analyst will primarily focus on investigating and reconciling master data related to payroll. This role is fully remote, with an option to go onsite in Boston, MA if preferred!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Associate Director to develop standard reports, processes, and metrics to support management decision-making.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of data extracts to evaluate payroll information.
Participate in assessing data integration within new systems, contributing as a key team member.
Ensure compliance by closely reviewing master data to minimize the risk of fines or penalties.
Requirements:
Understanding of payroll and accounting, with strong analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
